One of the best fish and chips I have ever had and thats not exaggerating. The gentleman behind serving made the Cod fresh to order and the chips were fresh and served with a slice of lemon. The shop is busy and you can see why they dont compromise on quality which is rare these days. Thank you team for your hard work to making each customer receive a top rated meal.

Proper old school chip shop - only been once recently but very impressed, really nice food, the fish tasted like fish and not bland and stodgy like most of these modern chains, chips were spot on and they had a few things on the menu id like to go back and try - very friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

If you want freshly cooked to order fish and chips this is the place to go. The best fish and chips I have had in this area in a long time. The batter is perfectly crispy, not to greasy and fish perfectly cooked. The slice of lemon is a great touch. Chips were freshly cooked and hot even by the time we got home. Service was friendly and great. Overall the experience was perfect.

Came here tonight for the first time with my partner. Initially, the queue was long and we figured we’d be there for a good while. However, they were adequately staffed meaning the queue moved quickly. we ordered large chips, two jumbo sausage and curry sauce. It was superb! Chips were fresh and arguably some of the best chippy chips I’ve had. Sausage was also good. Curry sauce had a nice sweetness to it but I think the pot could have been a bit bigger. Will be returning again, thank you :).

Have used. this chippie for years. I usually have fish n chips .. but sometimes a kebab....which my son always has ....no trimmings just meat .... Never disappointed. Great service brilliant food..... Would certainly recommend..
